Terms of Service

Effective: July 22, 2026

This page is currently available in English only.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using flytta-sweden.se ("Flytta Sweden", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Flytta Sweden is

Flytta Sweden is a small, independent, informational project that turns the process of relocating to Sweden into a step-by-step checklist, based on publicly available information from Migrationsverket, Skatteverket, and Försäkringskassan.

Flytta Sweden is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Swedish government or any government agency, and does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. Requirements and processing times change — always confirm current requirements directly with the relevant official authority before relying on anything in this checklist.

3. Accounts

You can use the checklist without an account; your progress is then stored only in your browser. Creating an account lets you keep that progress across devices.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know at contact@flytta-sweden.se if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

When using Flytta Sweden, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass any security measure.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to misrepresent your identity.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute the checklist content at scale without permission.

5. Third-party sign-in and links

If you choose to sign in with Google, that sign-in is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. The checklist also links out to official third-party sites (Migrationsverket, Skatteverket, Försäkringskassan, and others) — we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or availability.

6. No warranty

Flytta Sweden is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the checklist is complete, accurate, up to date, or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted or available at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flytta Sweden and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including any decisions made or actions taken based on the checklist content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service, or ask us to delete your account, at any time by contacting contact@flytta-sweden.se. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

11. Contact us

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@flytta-sweden.se.
